There are cases in which the booking needs to be changed after the flight ticket is issued. e.g One customer in a group changes the trip, customer changes another flight,...
The user makes changes to the booking by using the partner's tools.
The partner system requests Saladin's API update policy to update the related policy.
The Saladin system will re-generate a new e-certification (if needed), and inform it to the customer's email.
The changes must be made 3 hours or more before the departure time.
